How can I carry Goldie Locks® at my salon?

How many salons/stylists will be able to carry Goldie Locks®?
Goldie Locks® will only be onboarding the first 500 salons/stylists that register. Once we have reached that threshold, salons/stylists will be added to our waiting list.
When will Goldie Locks® products be available?
We are thrilled to announce Goldie Locks® will be launching January 2022. At that time, all our products will be available to ship to salons and consumers.
How do I get access to the Goldie Locks® App?
You will receive access to the app once you have been accepted to become a Goldie Locks® Retail Partner. You will receive a confirmation email with information on how to get your account set up on the Goldie Locks® App.
If my clients purchase Goldie Locks® products online and not in my salon, will I receive credit for their purchase?
Absolutely! Once you have checked out a client through the Goldie Locks® App they are linked to you through their email account. As long as they use their same email account on file with you, you will receive credit for any items they purchase. If you have not yet checked out a client through the Goldie Locks® App you will have a customized link to share with your clients. As long as your clients purchase Goldie Locks® products using your link, you will receive credit for any items they purchase.
Where can I get access to more resources on product information, ingredients, imagery for social media, etc?
The Goldie Locks® App will have a Downloads section that is dedicated to sharing information on all things Goldie Locks®. We want to help support our Goldie Locks® Retail Salons as much as possible so we will continually keep it up to date with new information, resources, photos, marketing materials, etc.
What happens if I don’t sell my Goldie Locks® products?
You have 50 days from the date of shipping to sell through the inventory that you requested. Whatever inventory you don’t sell through in 50 days you will be charged for using your credit card on file. Those products will belong to your salon, which you can use for backbar, personal use or to retail to your guests in the salon. Note: since you will own that inventory you will need to charge your clients through your own POS system, Square, etc…
How do I request more retail inventory?
After you become a Goldie Locks® Salon you’ll receive access to the Goldie Locks® App where you’ll be able to manage and request inventory at any time.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Never! Whether you’re requesting more retail inventory for your salon or ordering products for back bar or personal use — shipping is on us.
My salon is closed, can you ship to my house?
Before placing your inventory request, ensure that the shipping information matches the destination you want your products to go to. Unfortunately we are unable to make these changes once your products leave our warehouse.
Are there monthly inventory minimums?
No way. We’ll help you to track your inventory and sales through the Goldie Locks® App so you can understand what is selling and what is not, but when it comes to requesting more inventory you have complete control over what you receive after you receive your Retail Starter Kit.
How often can I request more inventory?
We provide you with the freedom to request additional inventory on-demand through the app as long as you are selling products from your current inventory. Each time you request new inventory you agree to pay the wholesale amount of any unsold inventory fifty (50) days after your inventory request ship date. All products sold prior to fifty (50) days will be paid to you through weekly commissions.
Can I order multiple times in a row if I haven’t sold anything yet?
You may order up to two (2) times without selling anything. Remember, we are allowing you to sell products with no money down so we want to encourage you to sell what you already have. In addition to that, you are responsible to sell through the inventory you have requested within 50 days from the date of shipment, and we are not in the business of getting you into debt.
Is there a limit to how much inventory I can request?

Can I request more retail inventory than my set limits?
The short answer is, yes. If you request more than your maximum limit then your order will be reviewed prior to shipping. You may receive a call if the order is unusually high.
How do I cancel future salon retail inventory requests?
It’s simple… just stop ordering. We do not lock stylists into long term sales agreements. If you feel like you have enough inventory this month, simply skip … until you need to be restocked again!
Commissions & Bonuses
How much will I earn on Goldie Locks® sales?
As a salon owner you will receive a 40% commission on all sales, paid weekly via PayPal.
What if I have stylists in my salon?
You can set up every stylist in the Goldie Locks® App along with their commission rate and we’ll pay their commissions directly every week (sending the rest of the commission to your salon account).
How often do I get paid?
You will be paid weekly via PayPal for all commissions from the prior week (Sunday - Saturday).
Why do you need my PayPal email address?
So we can pay out your commissions. If you don’t have a PayPal account, setting one up is easy.
Do you offer an affiliate link for stylists?
We do offer a link for stylists that when clicked and an order is placed at goldielocks.com, you will earn commissions and points. Your link will be accessible exclusively through the Goldie Locks® App. Please ensure that your link is used to receive credit for the sale.
Who qualifies for a cash bonus?
Any salon owner or stylist within a Goldie Locks® Retail Salon that has access to the Goldie Locks® App can qualify for a cash bonus. There will be three (3) monthly cash bonus tier payouts. All of this information will be released in the Goldie Locks® App soon.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information in the Goldie Locks® App. Visit your profile and select changes to update your billing information.
I used to be an independent salon owner but I am opening a multi-chair salon, how do I upgrade my inventory and add stylists?

Do you offer a buyback program?
Because we offer the product to you with no upfront payment and 50 day terms, we do not offer a buyback program.
Do you offer traditional wholesale like I’m used to?
For salons that don’t want to participate in the Goldie Locks® Salon Retail Program we do allow for salons to join using the traditional wholesale model. You would not get access to the perks that come along with the Salon Retail Program such as, access to the app, monthly cash bonuses, leaderboard points, access to refill products, or referral commissions.

Is Goldie Locks really free for 50 days?
Yes! Well technically 49, on day 50 we will charge your authorized payment method for any unsold products listed in your inventory within the app.
Do you offer free samples for salon owners?
Goldie Locks® offers a multitude of options for first time salon owners which can be found in the professional inventory request page. There you will find options for one time purchase options that would best accommodate a professional stylist behind the chair.

Goldie Locks® offers a waitlist to ensure each salon and stylist is properly accommodated. With this, a wait list is created so that you get the attention and TLC that you and your business deserves!
My app inventory is wrong, how do I fix this?
If you have a copy of your inventory requests and it does not match with your app, please reach out to our technical team ASAP to get this resolved!
How do I start earning points?
Your points automatically start generating after you create your first inventory request. To begin seeing points accumulate, start selling products to your clients through the app then check out the leaderboard to see the different ways you can earn points!
