Goldie Locks® shampoo is created to keep your haircolor locked in. There are also naturally occurring UV protectants to shield hair color fading from sunlight and natural yet harmful elements.
Shampooing your hair is a personal preference. However, it is recommended that you shampoo your hair (at most) every other day. When you shampoo too often you risk the disruption of your natural oil production, which then can become overactive.
Absolutely! If you have waited much longer in between washes or just came home from an event and had a surplus of products in your hair, you can shampoo twice.

Ultra Hydrating Signature Hair Mask Faqs
You will get the best results from your hair mask if you use it after cleansing with Goldie Locks® Signature Shampoo. On wet clean hair, step away from direct water pressure from the shower and ring out excess water. Then apply the desired amount of your hair mask and apply on mid-strands through your ends. Allow it to sit on your hair 5+ minutes before rinsing with cool temperature water.
Your hair cuticle reacts by opening and closing depending on heat and cool temperatures. Your cuticle will close with cool temperature water allowing all the hair mask benefits to get trapped inside your hair for the ultimate results.
Depending on the condition of your hair, you may want to increase the use of your hair mask to 2x a week until you achieve the desired results you are looking for. From there, you can apply this as a maintenance treatment once a week.
Yes, if you have extremely dry hair that is prone to frizz or breakage, you will definitely want to use a hair mask. When hair is dry it typically lacks moisture and hydration that makes up ⅔ of hair's overall strength. A hair mask will be key to providing you with stronger and healthier hair.
No! Goldie Locks® Ultra Hydrating Signature Hair Mask focuses on replenishing lost nutrients, hydration and moisture without the use of heavy saturated oils (which would lead to oily or heavy feeling hair). You will achieve a beautiful bounce, shine and body to your hair after using this.
You can apply a hair mask on dry hair prior to your shower or before bed (if you choose to sleep with it in your hair). Hair is much like a sponge and can soak up nutrients as it needs it. There is no harm in putting a hair mask on dry hair just as long as you rinse it out.
Signature Serum Faqs
A hair serum can benefit your hair's elasticity, which is its ability to stretch and contract without breaking, as it does help to strengthen individual hair strands. Hair serum is also great for bringing surface hydration to keep frizz at bay and add incredible shine.
Generally hair serum is great to use in three different ways:
- For extremely damaged hair you can apply this on dry, dirty hair before you shampoo and condition.
- On towel-dried hair prior to using direct heat or air drying your hair to tame frizz and fly-aways
- Apply this after your style is complete on dry hair to mend split ends, add shine and add a layer of environmental and UV protection.
Learn how to use a hair serum.
Depending on how fine or thick your hair is, as well as how dehydrated your hair is, will determine how much hair serum should be used. As a rule of thumb, start with one pump for fine hair and work your application up from there. Remember it is always easier to add more oil than to take it away. If you are unsure, start with one pump, rub your palms together and then work the product through your ends. If you feel your hair feels near the same as before, double the application.

Ultra Hydrating Leave-in Conditioner Faqs
A leave-in conditioner is a lightweight conditioner that you leave on your hair. It provides more benefits to scalp and hair protection because it is a foundational styling product. This is the first product generally placed on your hair after towel-drying.
If your hair is dry, tangles easily, or is in need of body and luster, then a leave-in conditioner will be key for your daily routine. In addition to this, if you color or lighten your hair and have exposure to pollution and direct sunlight you will need a leave-in conditioner to keep your haircolor intact and in great condition.
Our scalp is made up of living cells which will become damaged by direct UV contact, leading to sunburn or skin cancer. Similarly your hair luster and shine will decrease, causing damage to your hair if you do not use a UV protectant.
Leave-in conditioners send light hydration and moisture directly on your hair which can be great if you want to emphasize wavy, curly and coily textures.
We do not recommend applying leave-in conditioner directly on your scalp because your body is naturally creating the oils necessary to drive nutrients. We recommend applying leave-in conditioner mid strand through ends.
Brilliant Blonde Purple Shampoo FAQs
We recommend using our Brilliant Blonde Shampoo in place of your regular shampoo as often as needed to neutralize unwanted brassiness. Our purple shampoo is gentle enough to be used daily, however, we do not recommend over washing as this can dry out your hair and strip the scalp of its natural oils.
The toning effect will increase the longer the product remains on your strands. We recommend starting with 1-3 minutes. You can always leave it on longer depending on the end result you are looking for. Friendly Reminder: When using a purple shampoo, it’s important to massage and work the shampoo thoroughly from roots to ends, ensuring consistent coverage and even toning.
Unlike traditional purple shampoos that can dry out your hair, our Brilliant Blonde Shampoo is formulated to leave your hair soft, healthy, and hydrated.
This product was not formulated to stain, however, we do recommend taking all proper precaution by rinsing thoroughly both your hair and any surface the product comes in contact with to avoid any possible staining.
We maintain a low level 5.5 - 6.5 pH. The pH of many purple shampoos can be around 9.0 - which if overused, can end up making the hair feel like straw and strip away the natural oils from your hair and scalp. Our low level pH purple shampoo leaves hair soft, healthy, and hydrated.

Clarifying "Detox" Shampoo
Clarifying shampoo is formulated to remove excess buildup or residue on your hair and/or scalp. Clarifying shampoo offers a deeper cleanse than typical shampoo, but are not designed for regular use. An overuse of Clarifying shampoo can strip the scalp of essential oils that keep the hair healthy. We recommend using Goldie Locks® Clarifying Detox Shampoo is an alternate shampoo to be rotated with Goldie Locks® Ultra Hydrating Signature Shampoo.
Scalp build-up from product use, dirt, oil, hard water, chemicals from swimming pools, and environmental pollutants can leave residue on your hair overtime. This can cause hair to start to appear dull, heavy, greasy, and weigh hair down. If you are experiencing any of these hair symptoms or simply want to reset and detox your hair and scalp we recommend Goldie Locks® Clarifying ‘Detox’ Shampoo.
Clarifying Shampoo is a great addition to your hair routine, but is not designed for everyday use. An overuse of clarifying shampoo can strip the scalp of essential oils that keep the hair healthy. Everyone is different, has different routines, and are exposed to different environments. We recommended using clarifying shampoo 1-2x a month. However, if you use a lot of hair styling products and/or have hard water, you may need to clarify more frequently. The best rule of thumb, use when you feel like you need/want a deeper cleanse and use Goldie Locks® Ultra Hydrating Signature Shampoo + Conditioner between treatments to help restore moisture.
Yes. Our Clarifying Detox Shampoo is safe for all hair types - including colored treated hair and extensions. However, we always recommend avoiding clarifying during the first week of coloring hair as this can cause color to fade faster.
YES! This is a great product for swimmers as you may need to clarify more often to deep clean hair and remove chlorine, iron and minerals that can give hair a greenish tint. It also washes away dulling buildup, strengthens strands and minimizes future buildup.
We recommend using Goldie Locks® Clarifying Detox Shampoo is an occasional alternate shampoo when you are looking for a deep cleanse and is recommended to be rotated with Goldie Locks® Ultra Hydrating Signature Shampoo to help restore moisture. Lather and massage desired amount of shampoo to wet hair, focusing on the scalp. Rinse and repeat if needed. Follow with Goldie Locks® Ultra Hydrating Signature Conditioner.
Depending on the amount of buildup and oils on your hair, it may not lather very much, but that doesn't mean it's not working. Rinse very well. Apply again, and this time you should get more suds. Let the shampoo sit on your scalp for a minute or two to help break down and release the product buildup, then rinse well again.
Great question! pH plays an important role in keeping your hair and scalp healthy and happy. We maintain a low level 5.0-6.0 pH to help maintain hair’s pH to its optimum level.

There is no additional fee associated with the subscription, and there is no minimum purchase obligation.

Supplement Faqs
Consistency is key - so whatever time of day works best for you. Most people find it easier to remember to take their supplements with a meal, so they do it around the same time each day.
While you don’t have to take it with food, a lot of people do as a reminder to take their supplements (e.g., with breakfast, lunch, etc.). You can optimize absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, and E by taking them with food.

Absolutely! Goldie Locks® was formulated based on the needs reported by most women - but are effective for men too! In fact, many men have had success with our supplements.

We want to set you up for success. While some individuals in our trials started to see results in as little as 30 days (results may vary), the results tend to manifest by month three.

In the process of making your hair long and lustrous, Goldie Locks® supplements may affect your laser hair removal progress as they can stimulate hair growth. Everybody is different and will respond differently, however, you may need a few extra touch-up sessions as a trade-off for the benefits you’ll receive with your hair, mood, energy and overall wellness.
As powerful as Goldie Locks® supplements are, there are certain situations where hair growth is not possible through supplementation. If a follicle has closed, disappeared, scarred, or not generated a new hair in years, then a new hair growth unfortunately may not be possible. CBD FAQs
Because everyone is different and there are many contributing factors (such as medications, weight, medical conditions and sensitivity to cannabinoids), we can’t give specific effects or results that an individual will experience. No. Our products are THC-Free. Our Enhanced Formula contains broad-spectrum CBD which maintains all of the cannabinoids and terpenes found in hemp-based CBD, but the THC is removed.
As of 2021, CBD that comes from hemp and has 0.3% or less THC is legal at the federal level.
Our broad-spectrum CBD does not contain THC, which means that it will not produce any unwanted “high” feeling.

On average, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of your order being processed. Orders received after 11am CST will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times may vary in cases of things like severe weather.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight. Shipping is free for all orders in the United States over $75.
We offer worldwide shipping through our preferred carries, USPS, UPS, FedEx and/or DHL.
Shipments outside of the United States do not cover duties, taxes or customs fees, as those are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order that are placed before 11am CST are typically processed and shipped the same day, however, when order volumes are high it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when the order is shipped from our warehouse. Log into your account to view and manage your orders.
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $75 in the United States.
Complimentary shipping is also offered for all recurring subscriptions in the United States.
Complimentary shipping is not available for orders that ship outside of the United States.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a recent purchase you may return your product back to us 15 days from the date of the initial order for a full refund, less shipping costs or exchange your product free of charge. Please be advised that authorization for your return is at the sole discretion of Goldie Locks®.
When returning your item(s), you must include all parts of original packaging and printed materials to be eligible for a refund. Please add insurance and save your tracking information when shipping products back to Goldie Locks® as we are not deemed responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged when you are shipping it back to us.
Please allow 7-14 days from the time of Goldie Locks® receiving your return to process eligible refunds and or exchanges.

If you need to cancel your order please contact hello@goldielocks.com right away. Order placed before 11am CST are typically processed the same day, and are often fulfilled within an hour or two of your order being placed. So reach out immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Orders that have been packaged and fulfilled may not be cancelled. You will need to receive your package and initiate a return/exchange. Contact hello@goldielocks.com with any questions about cancellations.

The Goldie Locks® Loyalty Program was created to thank you for being a loyal customer! For every $1 you spend as a rewards member, you'll receive 1 point, which you can use to redeem for discounts on future orders.

If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account.
Yes. Your refund may be in points credited back to your Loyalty Rewards account or in dollars credited back to your original payment method, depending on the number of products returned and the amount of points redeemed.
Yes. When you redeem your points you will be issued an e-Gift Card that can be used at checkout along with a discount code, if you have one.

Once you’ve created an account, you can earn points for purchases, adding a new recurring subscription, by following us on social media, by leaving a review, and for your birthday. Check out all the ways to earn points by visiting the loyalty rewards page of your account.
Once you have 100 or more points earned, you can redeem them at 100-point intervals of $5 off per 100 points up to 500 points and $7.50 per 100 points when you redeem 600 or more points. Simply log in your account, go to the Loyalty Program page and click on the points value you’d like to redeem. You’ll receive an E-Gift Card code to enter at checkout.
You’re in luck! Your Goldie Locks® Loyalty points can be applied to any purchase made at goldilocks.com. The merchandise subtotal needs to be equal to or greater than the reward value. Rewards cannot be applied to taxes, shipping charges, or other fees. Please note that rewards are limited to one (1) per order/transaction.
All purchases made at goldielocks.com earn rewards. Each dollar spent (excluding taxes and shipping) earns one point! Plus, there are other ways to earn points. Check out the list on the Loyalty Program page of your account.
Points earned for purchases will be awarded when your product is shipped. Points for other activities, such as leaving a review, will be awarded within 24 hours.
Referral Program
It’s easy to refer your friends and family! Simply send them an email, which includes your referral code, and invite them to make their first purchase.
You need to create an account to be enrolled in our free Loyalty program, in order to make a referral and receive the credit. If you’re not already enrolled, you can sign up here.
Once your friend has made their first purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming this. You’ll have 200 points added to your Goldie Locks® Loyalty Program balance. Those points can be redeemed for $10 off a future purchase.

Referral rewards will only be given on qualifying purchases from people making their first purchase at goldielocks.com. If your friend returns their purchase within our return period, 200 points will be deducted from your account.

You can buy the e-Gift card on goldilocks.com. The e-gift card will be sent to you via e-mail with all the information needed to use it correctly.

Yes, e-gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Yes, e-gift cards are a form of payment.
Your e-gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
The e-gift card has a one-year expiration date.
You can check the balance of your e-gift card in the confirmation e-mail or by contacting Goldie Locks® Customer Support.
You may spend the amount of your e-gift card for several different purchases. The amount not spent will remain available on the e-gift card.
The e-gift card cannot be reloaded.
If the amount on your e-gift card is not enough to complete the entire purchase, you will be prompted to use another payment method such as your credit card.
Your e-gift card cannot be converted into cash.
If the product purchased was paid for only using the e-gift card, the order amount will be provided via store credit that can be used on goldilocks.com.
If your order was paid for partially by the e-gift card and partially by another payment method, the amount covered by the e-gift card will be provided via store credit and the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of order.
