Please read these Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using goldielocks.com or purchasing any Goldie Locks® product. By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

Goldie Locks® products are intended for personal use only.

Reselling our products to third parties, including online marketplaces, retail stores, or through any other channels (such as Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, eBay or any other outlets involving third-party apps, software or websites) is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action to protect our brand and the trust of our customers.

This website is operated by Goldie Locks Supplements. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Goldie Locks Supplements and Goldie Locks®.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goldie Locks Supplements / Goldie Locks®. By visiting our site, purchasing products, or using our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products, Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality Standards

Goldie Locks® products are produced under rigorous quality standards. However, as with all consumer goods manufactured at scale, our products may exhibit normal batch-to-batch variation including minor differences in shade, fragrance intensity, viscosity, fill weight, or component fit that remain within industry-accepted quality tolerances. Such variation does not constitute a defect.

Components including clips, weft seams, pump mechanisms, and applicators are subject to normal wear. Breakage or functional degradation that occurs after reasonable use over time is not covered under warranty and is not the basis for a return, refund, or legal claim.

We take commercially reasonable steps to identify and contain any quality concerns before products reach consumers. In the rare event that a batch-level issue is identified post-distribution, we will address it in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

4. Authorized Retailers & Third-Party Sellers

Goldie Locks® products are sold directly at goldielocks.com and through authorized salons and retailers.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing practices, representations, or customer service of independent retailers, including authorized salons.

Any issues arising from a purchase made through a third party (including salons) must be resolved directly with that seller.

We make no representations or warranties regarding products sold by unauthorized parties. We expressly disclaim all responsibility for counterfeit, tampered, expired, or otherwise compromised product obtained outside our authorized retail network.

5. Supplement & Personal Care Use Terms

Goldie Locks® products are designed to support an elevated daily ritual and are intended to complement a well-rounded lifestyle. Individual experiences may vary. Goldie Locks® does not make medical claims and does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before using any dietary supplement or personal care product, consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have known or suspected allergies. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience any discomfort or signs of an allergic reaction.

Products are for external use only unless otherwise specified. Always follow usage directions on the packaging. You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining suitability for your personal needs.

6. How We Define Hair Wellness at Goldie Locks®

When we reference hair as healthy, stronger, resilient, or improved, we are describing visible, tactile, and experiential qualities as perceived by the individual — not biological, medical, or structural changes.

• Healthy hair refers to hair that appears balanced, hydrated, smooth, and comfortable.
• Stronger hair refers to hair that feels more supported during styling with a reduced sensation of fragility.
• Resilient hair describes hair that feels adaptable and capable of maintaining its look throughout normal daily activities.
• Improved hair refers to personal observations of enhanced appearance, feel, or satisfaction.

All descriptions are personal, non-medical, and non-scientific. Individual experiences may vary. Goldie Locks® does not claim to change hair biology, alter hair growth cycles, or impact physiological processes.

7. Orders, Pricing, Billing & Accuracy of Information

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display will be accurate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, ALL GOLDIE LOCKS® PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific expectations, that results will be achieved in any particular timeframe, or that responses will be uniform across all users. Individual results may vary.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS SOLD BY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS OR UNAUTHORIZED SOURCES.

We do not guarantee that use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDIE LOCKS®, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WEBSITE, OR SERVICES.

IN ALL CASES, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for any attorney fees, court costs, shipping costs, or other expenses incurred in connection with a claim against us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goldie Locks® and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or your interaction with any independent retailer.

11. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

Any comments, ideas, or submissions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

12. Third-Party Links, Tools & Retailers

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or retailers linked from our site. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

13. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the resale prohibition above, you are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, transmitting viruses, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, or any of the other prohibited activities listed in the original Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability, Termination & Entire Agreement

Invalid provisions shall be severed. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
