Lost Package Policy

All orders with Shipping Insurance added will have immediate resolution and reshipments within 24-48 hours. Please reach out to hello@goldielocks.com if your package is late and/or missing.

Uninsured Orders and Packages Policy

Package delivered but not received: If you received an email indicating your package was delivered and it is not physically present, we will create a claim with the carrier to obtain proof of delivery. If the package is not delivered to the address you provided we will reship your items. This process may take up to 14 days to complete before receiving a reshipment on applicable orders.

Shipment stuck in transit: If you have not received status or progress on your order connected to tracking number, or your order has not arrived, you may contact us at hello@goldielocks.com to schedule a reshipment 14 days from the date of the original order.

Based on the status of your tracking number, 14 days after the date of original order will your order be applicable for reshipment.

Provided the wrong address: If you provided the wrong address and received a shipping notification, we cannot change the destination or update the shipping address. It is best to locate the package to the address you provided from your original order receipt. A reshipment charge of 15% plus shipping will be billed prior to reshipment to the updated address.

Any orders that arrive damaged will be replaced. To qualify for reshipment, submit image(s) of the damaged products and request a reshipment to hello@goldielocks.com.

Thank you for shopping the Goldie Locks® Sale! These Terms apply to all purchases made on goldielocks.com from October 25th, 2024, at 12:00 AM MST to October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM MST. By placing an order during this period, you agree to these Terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service.

Final Sale:

All purchases during this period are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Promotional Offers:

Additional promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined with the Sale discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order Processing:

Due to high order volume, there may be delays in processing and shipping.

Inventory Availability:

We reserve the right to limit quantities on all sale items. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a comparable product, store credit, or a full refund for the unavailable item.

Price Adjustments:

Prices are subject to change. We will not offer price adjustments on orders placed before or after the Sale Period.

General Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice. These Terms are subject to our standard Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
