You’re always in control you can customize, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your renewal date. You’ll receive both email and SMS reminders before each shipment so you can make changes, add products, or cancel ahead of processing.

Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Any items from a processed subscription order must follow our standard return process and may be subject to restocking fees in accordance with our return policy.
