Order Processing & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been received, processing typically takes 1–3 business days. After processing, domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on location.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST
Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and fulfillment location

Shipping timelines may vary based on proximity to our fulfillment centers.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer both U.S. domestic and international shipping. Rates are available at checkout.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers are responsible for understanding their local customs regulations prior to ordering. If an international shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address or customs issues beyond our control, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

International shipping timelines may vary and are subject to delays beyond our control.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

If your order is delayed, damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us promptly at hello@goldielocks.com. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may impact our ability to assist.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Order cancellations, address changes, or product modifications cannot be made after 9:00 AM MST (Monday–Friday) once processing has begun.

Taxes

Applicable sales or nexus taxes may be charged based on your jurisdiction at the time of purchase.

Unanticipated Events

Goldie Locks® is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor shortages, carrier disruptions, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.

Continuity & Consent

If any provision of this policy is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Individual experiences may vary, and any descriptions of product benefits reflect personal perception and user experience only. Goldie Locks® does not make medical claims and does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or alter biological functions.

Although allergic reactions have not been reported, we recommend that all customers perform a patch test before first use of any new personal care product. A patch test involves applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin, such as the inner forearm or behind the ear, and waiting 24 hours to observe for any redness, irritation, or sensitivity before proceeding with regular use.

At Goldie Locks®, when we reference hair as healthy, stronger, resilient, or improved, we are describing visible, tactile, and experiential qualities as perceived by the individual not biological, medical, or structural changes.

Healthy hair, as we define it, refers to hair that appears balanced, hydrated, smooth, and comfortable to the touch. It reflects a sense of manageability, softness, and overall ease within a daily routine.

Stronger hair refers to hair that feels more supported during styling and handling, with a reduced sensation of fragility in everyday use. This term reflects a user’s experience of hair feeling more dependable, not a change to hair’s biological structure.

Resilient hair describes hair that feels adaptable, flexible, and capable of maintaining its look and feel throughout normal daily activities, environmental exposure, and styling practices. It is an experiential term related to performance and appearance, not physical alteration.
