Recurring Subscription Policy (In-Store & Point of Purchase)

Goldie Locks® Auto-Replenish / Subscribe & Save Subscription Enrollment

Goldie Locks® offers an Auto-Replenish subscription program that allows customers to receive products on a recurring schedule. By enrolling in Auto-Replenish in-store or through assisted checkout, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you select until you pause or cancel. Subscriptions are available to U.S. residents only.

By enrolling, you authorize Goldie Locks® to securely store your personal information, including your payment method, to process automated orders.

Billing & Authorization

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency you choose. Charges are processed using the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information.

If a payment is declined, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. Your subscription schedule remains unchanged unless modified by you prior to renewal.

Notifications & Customer Control

You will receive email and SMS notifications prior to each renewal, allowing you time to:

• Adjust your shipment frequency

• Customize or add products

• Pause or cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before the renewal processes.

Important Processing Notice

Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

Any items from a processed subscription order must follow our standard return process and may be subject to restocking fees, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship according to standard shipping policies. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate prior to renewal. Goldie Locks® is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Refunds

All subscription returns are subject to Goldie Locks®’ standard Returns & Refund Policy. Subscription enrollment does not override existing return guidelines.

Termination

Goldie Locks® reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription at any time for misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of program terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldie Locks® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the subscription program.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Goldie Locks® may update this policy at any time. Continued participation in Auto-Replenish constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
