Terms of Service for Goldie Locks® Subscription Program

Subscription Service: Goldie Locks® LLC ("we" or "us") offers a subscription service for our customers to receive our products on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the products and services you select for the duration of your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle or the term you select, unless you cancel or pause your subscription. Subscriptions are only available to residents of the United States.

Notifications: Customers will receive an email notification at least 2 days prior to the billing cycle to inform them about the upcoming charge. We are unable to cancel a shipment the day that the recurring shipment is billed. please contact hello@goldielocks.com prior to your recurring billing cycle to cancel your subscription, or visit the My Account section to manage your subscription.

Billing and Payments: By subscribing you authorize us to charge your credit card for the subscription fee, as well as any other charges you may incur. You agree to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information with us. If a payment is declined, we will retry the payment on a later date than usual. The next payment will still be taken on the original date, as your billing cycle remains unchanged.

Modifications and Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the My Account section of our website. You may update your payment information, shipping address, frequency, pause, skip or cancel subscriptions, or swap your current subscription for other products. You may also contact our customer support team at hello@goldielocks.com for assistance.

Shipping: We will ship your subscription products free of charge to the address you provide during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our subscription service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.

Changes to the Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our subscription service after any changes to the terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
