HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SHAMPOO MY HAIR?
Shampooing your hair is a personal preference. However, it is recommended that you shampoo your hair (at most) every other day. When you shampoo too often you risk the disruption of your natural oil production, which then can become overactive.
I DON’T WASH MY HAIR OFTEN, CAN I SHAMPOO TWICE IN ONE SHOWER?
Absolutely! If you have waited much longer in between washes or just came home from an event and had a surplus of products in your hair, you can shampoo twice.

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOUR HAIR IS PROTEIN-SENSITIVE?
Follow these steps:
- After getting out of the shower do not apply any styling products
- Allow hair to air dry with minimal effort, i.e. brushing through
- Feel the texture of the hair once dried
Once your hair is dry and you try to brush through it, you will notice that your hair is protein sensitive if you experience breakage and/or split ends.
